OMA Industry Awards: Winners Announced
The Outdoor Media Association (OMA) has celebrated the people powering Out of Home advertising at the 2026 OMA Industry Awards, held at W Sydney on Thursday, 7 May.
Teams and leaders from across the industry gathered to acknowledge the work that has seen the industry continue to grow through smarter measurement, stronger partnerships and ideas that lift outcomes for brands and communities.
This year’s Awards attracted a record 119 nominations, underscoring the breadth of capability and momentum across the OMA’s membership.
OMA and MOVE CEO Elizabeth McIntyre said: “The OMA Industry Awards are about recognising the people behind the progress of our industry – those raising the standard through innovation, leadership and service. Congratulations to every finalist and winner, and thank you for the energy you bring to Out of Home, every day.”
The evening also honoured two long-standing contributors to Out of Home, with Colin Hindmarsh and Chris Tyquin inducted into the OMA Hall of Fame.
Hindmarsh was recognised for helping transform bus advertising into a respected media channel and for his lasting influence on the development of transit advertising in Australia.
Tyquin was celebrated for more than four decades of leadership across the industry, strengthening measurement and governance, and championing industry collaboration.
The OMA Industry Award was presented to QMS Chief Marketing Officer Tennille Burt, who was recognised for going above and beyond to support key industry initiatives, in particular, the rollout of MOVE as the currency of Out of Home.
Awards were determined by an independent panel of industry judges, including OMA and MOVE Independent Chair Charles Parry-Okeden, Vicinity Centres Head of Ancillary Income – Property Management Brooke McMonigle, Executive Creative Director of Campaign Edge Dee Madigan, JOLT Charge CEO Doug McNamee, QMS CEO John O’Neill, JCDecaux Co-CEO Max Eburne, and oOh!media Chief Commercial Operating Officer Robbie Dery.
