Korea’s M&M Networks Tests DOOH Platform in Vietnam and Australia

South Korea’s M&M Networks is testing its digital out-of-home (DOOH) platform, D’ooh, in Vietnam and Australia, laying the groundwork for overseas business partnerships.

The company said on October 27 that the trials are supported by the government’s XaaS Leading Project through the National IT Industry Promotion Agency. D’ooh brings content scheduling, delivery, remote device control, monitoring and data analysis into a single platform.

In Vietnam, M&M Networks is working with urban infrastructure and media developer VINASING Group on bus shelter advertising. The trial assesses advertising measurement capabilities alongside remote screen management under local operating conditions.

According to M&M Networks, VINASING is interested in using audience and advertising data to support media valuation and operational decisions. The partners are exploring other media opportunities and plan to sign a memorandum of understanding in Hanoi on November 5.

In Australia, restaurant operator Elleo Group is testing D’ooh at one store each in Sydney and Perth. The group operates around 50 stores and plans to exceed 100 within three years.

The trial focuses on helping headquarters manage dispersed screens while tailoring promotional content to individual stores.

M&M Networks said it has secured cooperation with a major Korean electronics company to integrate its platform with displays for Vietnam. Supply discussions have also begun for Australia.

Both trials will continue through December as the company develops follow-up business plans with its partners.
