COMMB Appoints Lindsey Talbot as President to Lead Next Growth Phase

The COMMB has appointed Lindsey Talbot as President, effective March 9, 2026, marking a leadership shift at a pivotal time for Canada’s out-of-home (OOH) sector.
Talbot joins from WPP Media, where she served as Chief Investment Officer, overseeing national investment strategy and a complex multi-agency portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience, she is widely recognized for building long-term media partnerships and delivering measurable outcomes for advertisers.
Her appointment aligns with COMMB’s broader mandate to strengthen OOH as a high-performing and accountable channel within Canada’s evolving media mix. Talbot emphasized the growing role of OOH in connecting brands with audiences, noting its ability to deliver high-impact engagement in an increasingly omnichannel environment.
COMMB is the national organization for the Canadian OOH industry comprised of advertisers, advertising agencies and OOH companies. COMMB is responsible for developing and verifying audience measurement methodologies, providing audience data and planning resources, marketing and communications, government relations and member services. ------------
