As GenAI, creator ecosystems, and large-scale content production reshape the industry, chief marketing officers are facing growing uncertainty over which creative and media decisions deliver real business impact. Kantar positions the awards as a response to this challenge, emphasizing “decision intelligence” grounded in consumer feedback rather than industry assumptions.
The global awards program is distinguished by its methodology, ranking campaigns based on audience reactions.
