WOO APAC Forum Seoul 2025 Sells Out Ahead of Schedule

Tickets for the World Out of Home Organization (WOO) APAC Forum, to be held in Seoul from November 5 to 7, have officially sold out a week before the event, marking an unprecedented level of global interest in Korea’s out-of-home (OOH) advertising market.
The early sellout underscores the growing importance of the Asia-Pacific region in shaping the future of outdoor advertising, particularly as digital and programmatic OOH continue to redefine global media strategies. Industry leaders note that Seoul’s advanced digital infrastructure and dynamic media landscape have made it an ideal setting for this year’s forum.
The three-day event will bring together over 360 delegates from more than 30 countries, including senior executives from major OOH media owners, Global OOH Agencies and Natioanl Associaton members. The agenda will feature discussions on AI-driven creativity, sustainability in OOH, audience measurement, and the convergence of digital and physical media.
This marks the first time WOO has chosen Seoul as a host city, signaling the organization’s recognition of Korea’s growing influence in the global OOH ecosystem. The sold-out status also reflects the industry’s eagerness to reconnect in person and exchange insights amid the sector’s strong post-pandemic rebound.
According to WOO, “The enthusiasm for Seoul demonstrates the extraordinary momentum behind the OOH industry in Asia. It’s a sign that the region is not just participating in global growth—but leading it.”
With tickets sold out and anticipation running high, Seoul is set to become the focal point of the global OOH community this November.
