The worldwide popularity of Korean dramas continues to accelerate, driven by Netflix’s investment in original content and its ability to deliver Korean storytelling to audiences across the globe.

To reinforce that momentum, Netflix has expanded its marketing presence at Incheon International Airport, using premium digital out-of-home (DOOH) media to engage international travelers at one of Asia’s busiest aviation hubs.

At Terminal 1, the campaign features the airport’s iconic Twin Tower displays—two large-format digital screens measuring 37 by 5 meters. Positioned in the departure hall, the media sites are capable of reaching the vast majority of departing passengers, offering high-impact visibility before travelers board international flights.

The campaign continues in Terminal 2, where eight digital arrival screens of various sizes create comprehensive coverage throughout the arrivals area. Together, the network is designed to reach virtually all arriving international passengers, extending Netflix’s brand presence from departure to arrival.

By promoting a diverse portfolio of films and original series across both terminals, Netflix is using the airport as more than an advertising venue. The campaign transforms the travel environment into a global showcase for Korean entertainment, connecting with audiences at key moments in their journeys.

As K-content continues to strengthen its international influence, premium airport media is emerging as a strategic platform for entertainment brands seeking to reach affluent, globally connected travelers. Netflix’s Incheon Airport campaign highlights how digital out-of-home advertising can amplify cultural exports while reinforcing Korea’s position as a leading force in the global entertainment industry.
